Hall Hire

A minimum of 2 weeks notice is needed to book a facility.

Community Junction Inc manage four neighbourhood centre's that have been purposely built by Penrith City Council. The centres are available for hire by commercial, and not for profit groups to hold activities and meeting. The facilities are also available to all members of the community for birthday parties, Naming Days and family gatherings. All centres are equipped with domestic kitchens, which include a standard domestic fridge, microwave, standard domestic oven with cook top and a continual hot water urn. Tables and chairs are included in the cost of hire. Each centre has a fenced off yard and limited amount of parking.

Autumnleaf Neighbourhood Centre

The centre is located on Corner Autumnleaf Parade and Timesweep Drive St Clair. It has a capacity for 60 people. The hall size is 15.9m x 11m. The facility is air conditioned and has a large fenced outdoor area with a shade structure. 16th – 21st birthday parties are not permitted at this facility.

Coowarra Cottage

The centre is located at 1 Coowarra Drive St Clair. The centre comprises of two rooms. Front room has the capacity for 30 people, and is 6.2m x 6.2m in size. The back room has a capacity for 15 people and is 7.5m x 4m in size. Private hire of the facility is restricted to childrens parties only. Hire is offered for 8 hours from 10:00am – 6:00pm. The centre is air conditioned, has access ramps, a childrens play area, and a fenced outdoor area with a verandah.

Cook Parade Neighbourhood Centre

The centre is located at 41 Cook Parade St Clair. The centre comprises of two rooms. Hall 1 has a capacity for 70 people, and is 12.2m x 7.5m in size. The 2 hall has a capacity of 45 people and is 10m x 7.2m in size. The facility is not air conditioned. It has fenced outdoor area with a veranda. The centre must be vacated by 11:00pm. 16th – 21st birthday parties are not permitted at this facility.

North St Marys Neighbourhood Centre

The centre is located at North St Marys Corner Debrincat Ave and Oleander Road. The hall can hold a maximum of 50 people. The size of the hall is 10m x 6.6m. The facility is fully accessible with a secure yard and covered play equipment. There is also a sweeping veranda outside the front of the centre. The facility also offers an electronic front gate for added security. 16th – 21st parties are permitted at this centre however a higher bond payment is applicable. The centre must be vacated by midnight.
