Two year contract- 24 hours per week

SCHADS award Level 4 dependant on experience

Community Junction Inc. is seeking a passionate and dedicated Community Engagement Worker to join our organisation. This role will be central in supporting and strengthening the engagement of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities within our local area. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying community needs, facilitating culturally appropriate programs, building meaningful relationships, and promoting cultural understanding.

What we do

Community Junction Inc. runs programs and services to address the  needs of individuals and families in the local community.  By offering a range of services, including youth programs, community support, and services for families. Information about the programs, including what’s on and how to access them, can be found through our Term Calendars, the CJ Newsletter,  or by contacting our centres. We also provide regular updates on social media, ensuring that community members stay informed about available resources and upcoming events.

We are excited to share some very exciting news.  We have expanded our community connections within Montgrove College with the launch of our Before and After School Care service . We are very excited to join the Montgrove College community and look forward to building partnerships with the children and families!
